How does the alcohol calculator work?
Fill in body parameters and drinking range, drink selection, portion size and number. The tool updates the blood alcohol concentration estimate (‰), the time to zero and the graph.
Time range
Times are taken in 15 minute increments. Drinks are evenly distributed throughout the range. The interval past midnight is interpreted as the last finished drink.
Catalog and Portions
Catalog entries have default concentrations. You can choose the volumes of 40, 50, 100, 250 and 500 ml separately. In the case of a non-standard product, the catalog data may be inaccurate.
How to read progress bar
The gray part is the timeline; the colored section describes the model progress to zero. The smiley indicates the calculated time, not the license to drive.
Browser data
Drink profile and history are stored in localStorage. They will reload when the page is refreshed. The privacy page explains more.
